Shipping & Return policy
We normally use canadpost to ship our products and they are fully insured. We use XPRESS shipping so in most cases your product will be there within 2-3 business days. 99% we ship products out within 24 hours depending on stock. After shipping you will be provided with tracking number so you can track your order.
Before we ship our products out we keep serial numbers in our record, and we’ll also check them properly so we can avoid any kind of problem. But just incase if you get defective product we’ll fix it or send you new one. We don’t provide/support/recommend any kind of software support so please don’t ask. But if you try to install any kind of 3rd party software then we are not responsible.
If in case you need to return the product just because you don’t like it and it is in brand new condition we'll charge 25% restocking fee and if you have opened the box and used it then we'll only give you 60% of the original price back because it is not a new product anymore and we'll have to sell it as used item. We also have right to refuse any return if product is not in good working / physical condition
